WE ARE OFFERING FOR RENT a bright two bedroom apartment with a glass-enclosed balcony, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access, central heating and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a 100 year old modernist building, renovated out- and inside.
The floors are still the original colorful mosaic.

The location is very centric, halfway between Casa Milà (aka La Pedrera) and La Sagrada Familia, just a ten minute walk from either one. (you can see the tips of La Sagrada Familia from the enclosed balcony). Also Casa Batlló is just a short walk of 800 meters away.
The subway station of Verdaguer is 200 meters away. This station is both on the yellow and the blue subway lines. The Center of the city, Plaza Catalunya is only 3 stops away, the Old Cathedral, Gothic Quarter and the Picasso Museum are 4 stops away, while the beaches are 5 stops away.

The apartment is furnished with a double bed (140x200 cm), a sofa bed, two single beds (90x190 cm), a dining table and six chairs, two armoires, a 21" TV, DVD player, stereo, and washing machine. We provide an iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, bed-linens and towels as well. If you wish to make a reservation or for any questions please email here (apt@negre.us).
The apartment sleeps 5 although an occupancy of 4 would be the ideal.

The nightly rates are (in euros):
EUR 92 for 1-2 guests, EUR 111 for 3 guests,
EUR 128 for 4 guests, and EUR 138 for 5 guests.
14% discount for stays of 7 nights or longer.
10% additional discount from September to March except for New Year. Check the availability calendar. See the guestbook.
Pictures right above: A view of the main bedroom. The next picture shows the Market of the Concepció, which is 115 years old, very pretty, and only 200 yards away from the apartment. You can get your groceries there, although you also have many other choices in the neighborhood. And last, a view of the apartment's beautiful façade and glass-enclosed balcony.
